Roots of Purpose is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing homelessness in Louisville, Kentucky. We believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable home and most importantly, a second chance. We work tirelessly to make this a reality for those in need. Through our programs and partnerships with other organizations, we provide housing, job training, and other support services to help individuals and families escape the cycle of homelessness. Who We Are
At Roots of Purpose, we are a team of passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference in the state of Kentucky. Our board members, staff and volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of skills and expertise to our organization. But we all share a common goal: to end homelessness and make Louisville a more inclusive space.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs and services to help individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. Our programs include emergency shelter, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, harm reduction, and job training. We also provide mental health counseling and other support services to help our clients achieve long-term stability and success.
